How to Keep Our Bone Healthy

Basically i write about what should we eat to take good care of it. I didnt practice it well although i knew it.Because I just cant resist food and sometimes i need coffee to keep me stay awake>.<
Share the info with you in case you dont know it^^

Eat more calcium’s source food such as:

· Milk, yoghurt and cheese.

· Calcium-fortified soy milk.

· Soy beans.

· Leafy green vegetables, especially the darker varieties like broccoli, spinach, cabbage, kale and pak choy.

· Fish (with bones) such as sardines.

· Food that have been fortified with calcium such as bread, breakfast cereals, orange juice

And consume Vitamin D for your body to absorb calcium. Food rich in vitamin D including fortified milk, margarine, and breakfast cereals.

Don’t or less eat:

Too much salat as it reduces calcium excreted in urine.

Avoid caffeine as will increase calcium lost in urine.
